Summary

This is a 12-month internship which will assist our medical technology testing group with business analytics and continuous process improvement.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and Improve Customer Forms and Presentations along the customer journey:
    • Collect and organize existing customer forms and presentations.
    • Harmonize and standardize the design and layout of these documents in accordance with the corporate design to ensure consistency and professionalism.
    • Redesign forms and presentations to improve usability, visual appeal, and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into designs.
  • Develop Automated Scripts:
    • Develop and implement automated scripts for the collection of customer and competitor information from various sources.
    • Perform trend analysis on collected data to identify key insights and patterns.
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all automated processes.
    • Document and maintain scripts for future use and updates.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze customer and competitor data to provide actionable insights to the team.
    • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively.
    • Assist in the development of dashboards and other tools for ongoing trend monitoring.
    • Other tasks as assigned
  • QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

    Education

    Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

    Experience

    • 0-1 Year of business analytics
    • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
    • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.
    • Experience with data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
    • Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
    • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
    • Familiarity with automated data collection techniques and trend analysis is a plus.
    • Experience in business analytics tools (PowerBI), or willingness to learn
    • Experience using productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Enthusiasm for innovation, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
