Job Descriptions:
1. Maintain and manage daily IT desktop systems, ensuring adherence to company standards for software installation and hardware asset management, including inventory, audits, and disposal.
负责日常IT桌面系统维护管理，按公司现有标准给计算机安装软件和硬件资产入库，盘点，处置等工作。
2. Respond to user-submitted IT requests, resolving operational issues with office equipment through on-site and remote support, encompassing hardware, applications, and network troubleshooting to support business continuity.
处理用户提交的IT请求，通过现场，远程等方式解决用户端日常办公设备运行问题，包括硬件，应用及网络问题的诊断和排除，支持业务连续性。
3. Oversee the routine maintenance of integrated cabling, access control, surveillance, and audiovisual equipment for the local office.
负责本地公司的综合布线，门禁，监控，音视频设备日常维护。
4. Responsible for the daily operations of the LAB computers/IT system, providing local support for GCN/Global LAB IT services and LAB projects.
负责本地实验室内电脑的软硬件维护，对GCN/Global的LAB服务和LAB项目提供本地支持。
5. Possess knowledge of quality, LAB accreditation and information security systems, participating in audits as the local IT representative.
对质量，实验室相关认证和信息安全体系有了解，作为本地IT代表参加相关管理系统的审核工作。

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer-related fields, with over 5 years of experience in IT service and maintenance.
本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上IT服务运维经验，2. Proven 2.expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with office equipment and computer software.
熟悉日常办公设备和电脑软件的故障检测及排除
3. Familiarity with mainstream operating systems, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common office software, peripherals, and mail clients (e.g., Windows 11, Office 365, Teams).

4. Demonstrated professionalism, adhering to company policies and management directives. and Ability to actively respond to and complete assigned tasks, as well as lead a team to achieve project goals.

5. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; IT support experience in foreign companies and holding PMP, ITIL and other related certificates are preferred.
具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力；有外企IT支持工作经验及持PMP, ITIL等相关证书者优先
