Job Responsibilities

• ■Collaborate with the sales team to create and process internal sales documents, such as sales orders, sales contracts, and purchase orders
• ■Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales documents, including pricing, quantities, and product details
• ■Maintain and update internal databases and records, including client information, sales activities, and order status
• ■Assist in tracking and managing outstanding invoices, monitor payment status, and follow up as needed
• ■Generate internal sales reports and provide analysis to support decision-making
• ■Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and organizing sales-related documentation

Job Requirements

• ■High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or administration is a plus
• ■Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
• ■Excellent organizational and time management skills for effective task prioritization
• ■Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, to create and maintain sales documents and reports
• ■Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles to handle outstanding invoices
• ■Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• ■Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks within deadlines
• ■Problem-solving skills to address internal inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• ■Able to work at least 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
