主要职责

数字化解决方案经理——交通服务部

1.Lead the design, planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal digital systems and AI-enabled tools within the Automotive Division.

负责汽车事业部内部数字化系统及人工智能工具的设计、规划、落地与持续优化。

2.Collect, analyze, and translate business requirements into practical digital solutions that improve operational efficiency, collaboration, workflow transparency, and decision-making.

收集、分析业务需求，并转化为可行的数字化方案，提升运营效率、协作能力、流程透明度与决策水平。

3.Manage and follow up digitalization and AI-related projects from concept to rollout, ensuring progress, quality, timeline, and stakeholder alignment.

全流程跟进数字化及人工智能相关项目，从构思到落地全程管控，保障项目进度、质量、工期，并协调各方达成一致。

4.Work closely with business teams to identify pain points, optimize workflows, and promote process standardization through digitalization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

紧密配合业务团队挖掘现存痛点、优化业务流程，依托数字化、自动化及人工智能方案推进流程标准化。

5.Coordinate with engineering teams, business users, IT teams, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful implementation.

对接技术、业务、信息技术等相关团队及合作方，保障项目顺利推进与落地。

6.Support communication between business and technical teams by ensuring clear understanding of product objectives, system requirements, implementation priorities, and user expectations.

搭建业务团队与技术团队的沟通桥梁，确保各方清晰理解产品目标、系统需求、实施重点及用户诉求。

7.Drive the adoption, promotion, and governance of digital systems and AI tools across business, ensuring effective integration into daily operations.

推动数字化系统与人工智能工具在各业务线的推广、落地及规范管理，使其深度融入日常工作。

8.Monitor project risks, resource needs, and implementation challenges, and proactively drive issue resolution.

监控项目风险、资源需求及落地难题，主动推进问题解决。

9.Track digital and AI technology trends, evaluate their applicability to business operations, and support the development of practical and scalable digital capabilities.

跟进数字化与人工智能技术发展趋势，评估技术落地价值，助力打造实用、可拓展的数字化能力体系。

10.Prepare project updates, user feedback summaries, management reports, and presentation materials to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

编制项目进展、用户反馈、管理报表及汇报材料，为决策制定与持续优化提供支撑。

Job Requirements

任职要求

1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Business Information Systems, or other related disciplines.

本科及以上学历，计算机、信息技术、工程、数据科学、商业信息系统等相关专业。

2.More than 3 years of relevant experience in digitalization, IT project management, product management, process improvement, or digital transformation.

拥有 3 年及以上数字化、IT 项目管理、产品管理、流程优化或数字化转型相关工作经验。

3.Good understanding of digital transformation concepts, internal digital systems, workflow optimization, and enterprise process improvement.

熟悉数字化转型理念、企业内部数字化系统、流程优化及企业效能提升相关工作。

4.Practical knowledge of AI concepts and AI-enabled tools, including automation, data analysis, intelligent workflow support, and business application scenarios.

掌握人工智能基础概念及相关工具，了解自动化、数据分析、智能流程及各类业务应用场景。

5.Experience in requirement analysis, digital product coordination, project implementation, system optimization, or user-oriented solution improvement.

具备需求分析、数字化产品对接、项目落地、系统优化或用户导向型方案迭代相关经验。

6.Strong ability to translate business needs into digital product requirements and coordinate implementation with technical teams.

能够将业务需求转化为数字化产品需求，并协同技术团队完成落地。

7.Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel.

优秀的项目管理能力，可同时推进多个项目工作。

8.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capability, and result-driven mindset.

9.Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams.

10.Fluent in Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

优先条件

1.Experience in the automotive industry is highly preferred.

拥有汽车行业从业经验者优先。

2.Experience in AI-related products, AI tool implementation, automation solutions, or practical business application of AI technologies is a strong advantage.

有人工智能产品、智能工具落地、自动化方案搭建或 AI 技术业务落地经验者优先。

3.Experience working with cross-functional internal stakeholders such as engineering teams, IT teams, operational teams, and business users is preferred.

有对接技术、信息技术、运营、业务等跨部门团队经验者优先。

4.Good awareness of data governance, system usability, process efficiency, and digital adoption management.

了解数据治理、系统易用性、流程效能及数字化推广管理相关工作。

5.Familiarity with product design, requirement management, user feedback collection, and continuous product improvement is preferred.

熟悉产品设计、需求管理、用户反馈收集及产品持续迭代优化工作者优先。
