Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Beratung & Entwicklung: Beratung von Unternehmen und Fachkräften zu Qualifizierungs- und Fördermöglichkeiten, insbesondere im Rahmen des Qualifizierungschancengesetzes.
- ■Konzeptentwicklung: Entwicklung innovativer Bildungsangebote und Weiterbildungsformate im Bereich beruflicher Bildung und Future Skills, national und international.
- ■Projektmanagement: Konzeption, Kalkulation und Umsetzung von Bildungsprojekten, einschließlich EU-geförderter Programme.
- ■Netzwerkarbeit: Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationen mit Unternehmen, Bildungsanbietern und Institutionen im Bereich der beruflichen Weiterbildung.
- ■Trends & Innovation: Identifikation von Weiterbildungsbedarfen in der Wirtschaft und Integration neuer Technologien und Lernmethoden.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bildungsmanagement, Wirtschaftspädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Bildungsprojekten, idealerweise mit europäischem Bezug, ist wünschenswert
- ■Kenntnisse über Förderprogramme, insbesondere das Qualifizierungschancengesetz und fundiertes Wissen über die Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsvorschriften der AZAV
- ■Verständnis für Future Skills und innovative Weiterbildungsansätze, die AZAV-konform umgesetzt werden können
- ■Erfahrung in der Netzwerkarbeit mit Unternehmen und Bildungsinstitutionen sowie Erfahrung in der Kalkulation von Bildungsprojekten
- ■Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise werden vorausgesetzt
