Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du unterstützt eigenständig, proaktiv zur wirkungsvollen Entlastung der Niederlassungsleitung bei organisatorischen, administrativen und konzeptionellen Aufgaben.
- ■Als Assistent*in der Niederlassungsleitung erstellst und bereitest Du Reports, Statistiken, Dokumentationen, Entscheidungsvorlagen und Präsentationen vor.
- ■Du unterstützt in den Einkäufen/im Bestellwesen und erledigst Reiseorganisation und deren Abrechnung.
- ■Du bewertest und führst selbständig umfangreiche Recherchen durch.
- ■Du begleitest und führst Projektaufgaben / Vertriebsunterstützung durch und hilfst organisatorisch in der Arbeitssicherheit.
- ■Du planst und organisierst interne, externe Meetings und Veranstaltungen.
Die Stelle ist in Teilzeit zu besetzen (19,25 Wochenstunden).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- ■Souveräne Anwendung der MS-Office-Programme
- ■Hohe Organisationskompetenz sowie strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Professionelles und freundliches Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- ■Durchsetzungsvermögen und Kommunikationsstärke mit einem hohen Maß an Loyalität, Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
- ■Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
