Da wir gemeinsam gewinnen möchten, bieten wir dir eine Ausbildung zum 3rd Party Auditor „on the job“ an. Somit erhältst du bei uns bereits als Auditor*in in Ausbildung ein Vollzeitgehalt.

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du verantwortest die Planung und Terminabstimmung mit Kund*innen, die Durchführung sowie Vor- und Nachbereitung von Audits unter Einhaltung der Akkreditierungsvorgaben und der internen Verfahren.
- ■Dir obliegt die Dokumentenprüfung einschließlich der Auditberichterstellung nach den formellen und inhaltlichen Anforderungen.
- ■Du übernimmst die Leitung von Audits vor Ort (teilweise Remote-Audits möglich) in der Funktion des leitenden Auditors/der leitenden Auditorin. Dazu gehört die Aufzeichnung der Stärken, Abweichungen, Empfehlungen und der eingesehenen Nachweise.
- ■Des weiteren bist du zuständig für die Klärung der Zertifikatsinhalte und bietest dem Vertrieb fachliche Unterstützung an.
- ■Du förderst die Bindung unserer Kundschaft durch qualitätsbewusstes Auditieren und Auftreten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ein technisches oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Chemie, Physik...) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im entsprechenden Bereich
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Anwendung und Umsetzung von Qualitäts-, Arbeits-, Energie- oder Umweltschutzmanagementsystemen (Mehrfachqualifikation zwingend erforderlich)
- ■Erfahrung in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits
- ■Ausgeprägtes Urteils- und Entscheidungsvermögen sowie kostenbewusstes Denken und eine hohe soziale Kompetenz
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- ■Freude an der Tätigkeit im Außendienst (Reisebereitschaft: ca. 70%)
