Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Auditierung und Zertifizierung von werkseigenen Produktionskontrollen sowie QM-/QS-Systemen auf Basis von nationalen und internationalen Standards. Zu nennen sind u.a. folgende Standards und Produktgruppen:
- ■Schweißbetriebe gem. ISO 3834, AD 2000 HP0 sowie EN 15085 (Schienenfahrzeugbau),
- ■Werkstoffhersteller für Halbzeuge im Geltungsbereich der Druckgeräterichtlinie (PED) sowie AD 2000 W0,
- ■Hersteller im Geltungsbereich der Bauproduktenverordnung (CPR), insbesondere für Tragwerke (EN 1090), metallische Grundwerkstoffe sowie Schweißzusatzwerkstoffe (EN 13479),
- ■Hersteller von Apparaten und Armaturen im Geltungsbereich der Druckgeräterichtlinie (PED) sowie für ortsbewegliche Druckgeräte (TPED).
- ■Ggf Durchführung von weiteren Prüfungen in den Bereichen Herstellung von Druckgeräten sowie Werkstoffen und Halbzeugen bzw. der Schweißtechnik.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften mit der Fachrichtung Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik, Konstruktionstechnik, Bauingenieurwesen, bzw. einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- ■Eine Zusatzqualifikation als Schweißfachingenieur/ Schweißtechniker ist wünschenswert
- ■Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrungen von mindestens 4 Jahren sowie über hohe Fachkenntnisse in Ihrer Disziplin und umfangreiche Kenntnisse in angrenzenden Bereichen
- ■Mit Ihrer sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeit und einem selbstbewussten sowie sicheren Auftreten sind Sie es gewohnt, für Kunden als kompetente*r Ansprechpartner*in bei schweißtechnischen und / oder werkstofftechnischen Fragen zur Verfügung zu stehen
- ■Sie verfügen über einen Führerschein der Klasse B und die Bereitschaft für Audits bei Kunden ins In- sowie vereinzelt ins Ausland zu reisen
- ■Deutsch(B2) in Wort und Schrift wird vorausgesetzt. Englisch(B2)-Sprachkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
