Deine Aufgaben
- ■Du bereitest die Ausbildungsinhalte vor und bildest Jugendliche sowie Erwachsene in den unterschiedlichen Bereichen in Theorie und Praxis aus.
- ■Die Dokumentation des Ausbildungsverlaufes gehört zu deinen täglichen Aufgaben.
- ■Du unterstützt uns bei der Entwicklung neuer Ausbildungskonzepte.
- ■Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich alle Tätigkeiten zur Führung eines Ausbildungslagers.
- ■Du bewertest und beurteilst Arbeitsergebnisse und schätzt die Leistungsentwicklung der Teilnehmenden ein.
Dein Profil
- ■Erforderlich ist ein Berufsabschluss im Bereich Lagerlogistik, Ausbildereignungsprüfung und/ oder Meister*in bzw. Techniker*in / Betriebwirt*in (die Weiterbildung für die Ausbildereignungsprüfung kann auch bei uns erfolgen)
- ■Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lager und/ oder Logistik
- ■Von Vorteil: Erfahrung als Ausbilder*in oder als Meister*in in einem der genannten Berufsfelder
- ■Im Umgang mit Menschen zeigst du sowohl Einfühlungsvermögen als auch Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- ■Zwingend erforderlich ist die Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
