Als Aushilfe im Seminarservice bist Du Ansprechpartner*in für Teilnehmer*innen, Trainer*innen, Techniker*innen sowie externe und interne Kunden*innen. Genau Deins? Komm ins Team!
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören Empfangstätigkeiten (ggf. einschließlich Telefon und Postbearbeitung).
- ■Du bist für die Vor- und Nachbereitung der Seminare und der Seminarräume (Unterlagen, Sitzordnung, Technik, Zubehör, Verpflegung) verantwortlich. Dazu gehört auch das Auffüllen der Kaffeemaschine und die Bereitstellung von Tassen und Gläsern.
- ■Du übernimmst logistische Aufgaben im Seminarzentrum, z. B. das Verteilen von Seminarunterlagen in den Räumen, das Abholen kleiner Bestellungen (z. B. beim Bäcker) sowie das Einräumen von Getränken in Kühlschränke und die Entsorgung von Leergut.
- ■Bei Bedarf unterstützt Du vor Ort bei einfachen technischen Handgriffen (z. B. Bedienung von Beamer und Kaffeemaschine).
- ■Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und bei der Beauftragung der erforderlichen Ressourcen.
- ■Raumplanung, Koordination externe und interne Vermietung gehören auch zu Deinen Tätigkeiten.
- ■Du kümmerst Dich um die weitere Bearbeitung von Anwesenheitslisten und Seminarauswertungen.
Die Stelle soll ab 01.09.2026 im Rahmen einer geringfügigen Beschäftigung besetzt werden und ist erst einmal auf 1 Jahr befristet.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ausbildung im Event- und Veranstaltungsmanagement
- ■Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Seminarverwaltung und -organization sind erforderlich
- ■Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau C1)
- ■Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung und ein sicheres Auftreten
- ■Gutes Zeitmanagement und Organisationsgeschick
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (Outlook, Word und Excel)
