Als Consultant Umweltmanagement (w/m/d) bist du Teil unseres vielfältigen Beratungsteams in unserem Fachbereich ”Managementsystemberatung” im Segment “Managementberatung”. Im Fokus unserer Arbeit steht die Integration von Managementsystemen in allen relevanten Disziplinen: Qualität, Energie, Umwelt – und Arbeitsschutz sowie Sicherheit und Nachhaltigkeit. Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Consultant für integrierte Managementsysteme (w/m/d) (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, EMAS) leitest und steuerst Du Kundenprojekte zum Thema Umweltmanagement und Energiemanagement. Dabei koordinierst Du die verschiedenen Projektteams von intern und extern.
- ■In deine neuen Rolle bist Du unter anderem für die Identifizierung, Ansprache und Betreuung von Neukunden verantwortlich.
- ■Mit Deiner fachlichen Expertise unterstützt Du bei der Implementierung von integrierten Managementsystemen und führst für unsere Kunden interne Audits durch.
- ■Das Durchführen von Kundenworkshops in einem vordefinierten Leistungsumfang ist zentraler Bestandteil der Position.
- ■Die fachliche Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender und Entwicklung neuer Dienstleistungen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.
- ■Du bringst bereits ein bestehendes strategisches Netzwerk mit und es fällt dir leicht, es durch deine kommunikative Art weiter auszubauen (intern und extern).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes einschlägiges Hochschulstudium (Diplom/ Master/ Bachelor) mit mindestens 3-5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Unternehmensberatung und/oder im Vertrieb
- ■Zusatzqualifikation als Umweltauditor nach ISO 9001, 14001, 50001 und EMAS sowie einschlägige Erfahrung in der Einführung von Umweltmanagementsystemen gemäß ISO 14001/EMAS
- ■Eine breite Branchenerfahrung wird vorausgesetzt.
- ■Reisebereitschaft, auch für internationale Einsätze (ca. 40-60%) und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B
