Job Description
- ■Ensures that IT application support processes are maintained and that all user requests are handled according to agreed procedures and Service Level Agreements.
- ■Investigates and prioritizes incidents and problems regarding IT applications.
- ■Seeks resolutions for incidents, handles them (2nd level support and 3rd level support as required) and documents and closes resolved incidents.
- ■Initiates and monitors measures to prevent or solve problems in systems, processes and services.
- ■Performs and documents application changes, including implementation, customizing and configuration.
- ■Assesses, analyzes, plans and designs release packages, including risk assessment.
- ■Provides "Go Live" support for change or introduction of IT solutions.
- ■Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Fluent in English (B2 Upper intermediate).
- ■At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
