Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als kompetente Ansprechperson berätst du Führungskräfte, Schulleitungen sowie Lehrkräfte zu arbeits- und organisationspsychologischen Fragestellungen und führst betriebspsychologische Sprechstunden durch.
- ■Psychische Gefährdungsbeurteilungen bei unseren Kunden führst du eigenständig durch, leitest passende Maßnahmen ab und evaluierst deren nachhaltige Wirksamkeit.
- ■Workshops, Trainings und Coachings zu Themen wie Stressmanagement, mentaler Gesundheit, Konfliktbewältigung und gesunder Führung konzipierst und moderierst du praxisnah und zielgruppenorientiert.
- ■Gemeinsam mit unserem interdisziplinären Präventionsteam entwickelst du bestehende Dienstleistungen weiter und bringst neue Ideen und Impulse aktiv ein.
- ■Durch deine regelmäßige Präsenz bei Kunden vor Ort schaffst du Vertrauen, überzeugst mit einem professionellen Auftreten und sorgst für nachhaltige Beratungserfolge.
Erfahrungen & Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits-, Betriebs- und Organisationspsychologie
- ■3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung (idealerweise im Bereich Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie mit unterschiedlichen Branchen)
- ■Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Führungskräften sowie idealerweise mit Schulleitungen und Lehrkräften
- ■Coachingausbildung und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) sind von Vorteil
- ■Hohe Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20–40 %) und souveränes Auftreten setzen wir voraus
