Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie sind zuständig für Disposition der operativen Mitarbeiter*innen unter Berücksichtigung von Befugnissen, betrieblichen Regelungen, wirtschaftlichen Aspekten und Kundenbedürfnissen.
- ■Zudem arbeiten Sie eng mit den operativen Führungskräften im Rahmen der Dienstplangestaltung.
- ■Sie sind zuständig für Erstellung und Pflege der Voraus-/ Dienstpläne (Dispositionssystem) sowie für Eingabe der Planung gemäß Vorgaben.
- ■Sie unterstützen die Routenoptimierung.
- ■Letztendlich sind Sie verantwortlich für Monitoring von definierten Kennzahlen (z.B. Terminsystem).
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische / technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- ■Erfahrung in der Disposition von Vorteil aber keine Notwendigkeit
- ■Kommunikationsfähigkeit und freundliche Umgangsformen, Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationsvermögen
- ■Strukturiertes und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten sowie hohe Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
- ■Dienstleistungsorientierung gegenüber Kunden und Mitarbeitern
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse, grundlegende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
