Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als HSE-Coordinator*in (w/m/d) sind Sie für die normkonforme Umsetzung von HSE-Anforderungen aus gesetzl. Anforderungen sowie aus den vorgegebenen Normen und Standards (45001/ 14001) verantwortlich.
- ■Sie beraten und unterstützen den HSE-Expert und das Management-Team bei der Umsetzung der HSE-Anforderungen, nehmen Teil an Standortinspektionen sowie an Sitzungen des HSE-Ausschusses und koordinieren diese, falls erforderlich.
- ■Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von internen Q-HSE Audits einschließlich der Begleitung und Durchführung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen, sowie die Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung externer HSE-Audits.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Implementierung und Überwachung lokaler HSE Kennzahlen und Daten, sowie von internationalen HSE-Prozessen,-standards und -tools.
- ■Sie sind zuständig für das Ableiten und Überwachen von HSE spezifischen Maßnahmen aus Verbesserungsprojekten, Prozess- und Performance-Management und anderen Unternehmensaktivitäten.
- ■Ebenso sorgen Sie für die Umsetzung von Q-HSE Maßnahmen im Rahmen von Projekten, sowie die Anfertigung von HSE Berichten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Umweltschutz oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung und/oder Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sicherheitsmeister, Sicherheitstechniker oder Sicherheitsingenieur)
- ■Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz, auch im internationalen Umfeld
- ■Gute Kenntnisse sowie der Gesetze und Vorschriften zum Arbeits-, Gesundheits- und Umweltschutz
- ■Normenkenntnisse ISO 45001/14001von Vorteil
- ■Sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und eine teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Motivationsfähigkeit
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2)
- ■Bereitschaft, nach den Anforderungen des Unternehmens zu reisen (national und international)
