Als Fachreferent*in für Zertifizierungsprozesse und Bildungsangebote (AZAV) (m/w/d) bist Du verantwortlich für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios nach AZAV-Standards. Mit Deiner Arbeit stellst Du sicher, dass Menschen eine zertifizierte Weiterbildung erhalten, die ihnen neue Chancen auf dem Arbeitsmarkt eröffnet

Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios nach AZAV-Standards.
- ■Gemeinsam mit dem Team analysierst und optimierst Du die Preise für Bildungs-, Aktivierungs- und Vermittlungsdienstleistungen auf Basis von Bundesdurchschnittskostensätzen.
- ■Du steuerst den gesamten Zertifizierungsprozess, stimmst Dich mit der fachkundigen Stelle ab und stellst die Zulassungsfähigkeit sicher.
- ■Mit Deinem Blick fürs Detail verfolgst Du Anträge nach und informierst die operativen Einheiten über Zulassungen sowie anstehende Zertifizierungsmaßnahmen.
- ■Durch Deine sorgfältige Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentenvorlagen unterstützt Du die operative Kursdurchführung.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Bereich der Akkreditierungs- und Zulassungsverordnung Arbeitsförderung (AZAV) sind wünschenswert.
- ■Idealerweise hast du grundlegende Kenntnisse von Gesetzen und Verordnungen in der Arbeitsförderung, insbesondere der Zulassung von Träger und Maßnahmen sowie die Bereitschaft dich tiefer in diese einzuarbeiten.
- ■Grundlegende Kenntnisse im Qualitätsmanagement sind ein Plus.
- ■Du hast solide Anwenderkenntnisse mit Office Applikationen wie Word, Excel und Power Point und ein kaufmännisches Grundverständnis rundet dein Profil ab.
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
