Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new training leads (e.g. by cold calling, emails, newsletters, attending trade fairs and exhibitions, business meetings, etc. and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
  • Develops and maintains a customer focus list to enhance training department revenue by proposing focus customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, market knowledge etc.
  • Execute customer visits and / or visits of industry events.
  • Maintains / grows customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
  • Preparing proposals, pricing packages, and contracts for training programs.
  • Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
  • Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary, with the involvement of Subject Matter Experts to acquire new customers.
  • Recovers lost customers.
  • Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
  • Meets and exceeds training sales targets: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing customers as defined in the sales plan.
  • Other activities:
  • Schedule training sessions and coordinate trainer availability where necessary.
  • Oversee work done by the support team to ensure training materials and logistics are arranged before each session.
  • Monitor attendance and gather feedback from trainees to improve future sessions.
  • Maintain an updated database of clients, training schedules, and sales records.
  • Whenever necessary, coordinate to process invoices, and payment collection.
  • Collaborate with trainers to ensure smooth training delivery.

Experience & Further Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in sales, training coordination and customer service (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of training programs (e.g., ISO, QHSE, etc.) and learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Arabic language proficiency is not mandatory; however, it will be an advantage.
