- ■In unserem Team werden zahlreiche Applikationen betreut, welche entweder Eigenentwicklungen sind aber auch Standardprodukte vom Markt.
- ■Als Teil des Teams gehören sowohl die Durchführung applikationsspezifischer Tätigkeiten zu Ihren Aufgaben, als auch die Planung und technische Vorbereitung bis hin zur Durchführung von Roll-Out Tätigkeiten der Produktivsoftware oder von Weiterentwicklungen derer.
- ■Als Subject Matter Expert*in (w/m/d) sind Sie beratend für die Umsetzung des Fachprozesses in dem System zuständig und unterstützen / entwickeln geschäftsbereichsspezifische Anforderungen und -Voraussetzungen.
- ■Gemeinsam mit dem jeweiligen Service Verantwortlichen für die Applikation testen Sie IT-Systeme und IT-Komponenten (bspw. nach Entwicklung sowie nach Wartungsarbeiten) und betreuen das IT Service Management und damit die Endanwender in Problemfällen (2nd Level Anwendungssupport bei software- und gegebenenfalls hardwaretechnischen Problemen).
- ■Im Rahmen der verantworteten Tätigkeiten arbeiten Sie mit Service Ticketing-Tools wie Cherwell oder aber auch in Jira beziehungsweise Confluence.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung und Verantwortung von IT Applikationen
- ■Erfahrung im Projekt Management im Rahmen von IT-Lösungsentwicklung und in der Erarbeitung und Definition von Anforderungen aus dem Fachbereich inklusive Prozessmanagement
- ■Erfahrung in Projekten & Tätigkeiten im SAP Umfeld sind vorteilhaft
- ■Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der Betreuung von Anwender*innen
- ■Gute Kenntnisse der MS-Office-Produkte und idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Jira & Confluence
- ■Neben sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen, sind gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift zwingend erforderlich
