Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Als IT Projektmanager*in / Programm Manager*in verantworten Sie Projekte zur IT-Integration im Rahmen von Post-Merger-Integrationen.
  • Sie übernehmen die IT-seitige Einschätzung bei Due Dilligence Projekten, entwickeln entsprechende IT-Integrations-Strategien, identifizieren Optimierungspotentiale und unterstützen ggf. bei IT-Carve-Out-Prozessen.
  • Sie splanen IT-M&A Projekte und sind dabei maßgeblich für die Konzeption, Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung der Maßnahmen verantwortlich.
  • Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Projektziele und des Projektumfangs mit den Stakeholdern und Projektbeteiligten sicher.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Beratung / - Consulting oder IT-Projektmanagement in M&A-Projekten
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse im IT bezogenen Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse moderner Methoden des Projektmanagements - eine einschlägige Zertifizierung wäre wünschenswert, ist aber keine Voraussetzung
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Etablierung des IT Change Managements
  • Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
