Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als IT Projektmanager*in / Programm Manager*in verantworten Sie Projekte zur IT-Integration im Rahmen von Post-Merger-Integrationen.
- ■Sie übernehmen die IT-seitige Einschätzung bei Due Dilligence Projekten, entwickeln entsprechende IT-Integrations-Strategien, identifizieren Optimierungspotentiale und unterstützen ggf. bei IT-Carve-Out-Prozessen.
- ■Sie splanen IT-M&A Projekte und sind dabei maßgeblich für die Konzeption, Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung der Maßnahmen verantwortlich.
- ■Sie stellen die Einhaltung der Projektziele und des Projektumfangs mit den Stakeholdern und Projektbeteiligten sicher.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
- ■Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Beratung / - Consulting oder IT-Projektmanagement in M&A-Projekten
- ■Einschlägige Kenntnisse im IT bezogenen Projektmanagement sowie Kenntnisse moderner Methoden des Projektmanagements - eine einschlägige Zertifizierung wäre wünschenswert, ist aber keine Voraussetzung
- ■Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Etablierung des IT Change Managements
- ■Fließende Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
