职位描述:

1、负责日常IT桌面系统维护管理,按公司现有标准给计算机安装软件和硬件资产入库,盘点,处置等工作。

Maintain and manage daily IT desktop systems, ensuring adherence to company standards for software installation and hardware asset management, including inventory, audits, and disposal.

2、处理用户提交的IT请求,通过现场,远程等方式解决用户端日常办公设备运行问题,包括硬件,应用及网络问题的诊断和排除,支持业务连续性。Respond to user-submitted IT requests, resolving operational issues with office equipment through on-site and remote support, encompassing hardware, applications, and network troubleshooting to support business continuity.

3、负责本地公司的综合布线,门禁,监控,音视频设备日常维护。

Oversee the routine maintenance of integrated cabling, access control, surveillance, and audiovisual equipment for the local office.

4、负责本地实验室内电脑的软硬件维护,对GCN/Global的LAB服务和LAB项目提供本地支持。

Responsible for the daily operations of the LAB computers/IT system, providing local support for GCN/Global LAB IT services and LAB projects.

5、对质量,实验室相关认证和信息安全体系有了解,作为本地IT代表参加相关管理系统的审核工作。Possess knowledge of quality, LAB accreditation and information security systems, participating in audits as the local IT representative.

职位要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,计算机相关专业,5年以上IT服务运维经验,熟悉日常办公设备和电脑软件的故障检测及排除
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer-related fields, with over 5 years of experience in IT service and maintenance.

  • 熟悉主流操作系统,了解常见办公软件和外设的安装、配置、排障,以及邮件客户端的调试及安装;如Windows11, office 365, Teams等
  • Familiarity with mainstream operating systems, including the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of common office software, peripherals, and mail clients (e.g., Windows 11, Office 365, Teams).

  • 掌握计算机网络相关知识,了解各种网络设备的使用
  • Proven expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues with office equipment and computer software.

  • 具备良好的职业素养,遵守公司各项规章制度,服从上级管理要求;能够积极响应并完成分配的工作任务,也能带领团队完成项目目标
  • Demonstrated professionalism, adhering to company policies and management directives. and Ability to actively respond to and complete assigned tasks, as well as lead a team to achieve project goals.

  • 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力;有外企IT支持工作经验及持PMP, ITIL等相关证书者优先。
  • Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills; IT support experience in foreign companies and holding PMP, ITIL and other related certificates are preferred.
