Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Ihr Aufgabengebiet beinhaltet das Begleiten, Managen und sowohl die Inbetriebnahme, als auch die Inbetriebsetzung von Schienenfahrzeugen (z.B. Straßenbahnen, Triebzüge, U-Bahnen, Lokomotiven, Hochgeschwindigkeitszügen und Subsysteme).
- ■Sie erstellen Konzepte zur Erlangung der Inbetriebnahmegenehmigung nach BO-Strab in Deutschland bzw. zu analog vergleichbaren Standards in Europa.
- ■Das Prüfen, Beurteilen und Bewerten der Umsetzung der geltenden Regelwerke und Standards für die Inbetriebnahme gem. EBO fallen ebenfalls in Ihr Aufgabengebiet.
- ■Sie leiten Projekte und überwachen kontinuierlich die Qualität, Termine, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Projektrisiken, etc. in allen Projektphasen.
- ■Außerdem arbeiten Sie eng mit den Ansprechpartnern der Hersteller, Betreiber und Aufsichtsbehörden zusammen und führen Schulungen und Seminare durch.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Ingenieurstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik, Antriebstechnik oder Bahntechnik, idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt Schienenfahrzeugtechnik
- ■Erste Berufserfahrungen in der (Teil-) Projektleitung und -steuerung, sowie in den gängigen Projektmanagement-Methoden
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen BO-Strab und EBO
- ■Proaktive, strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, ein ausgeprägter Leistungswille, sowie Engagement und ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein in allen Situationen
- ■Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
