Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
Die Stelle ist in Völklingen und Saarlouis zu besetzen.
- ■Fahrzeugbewertungen und Gutachten: Führe detaillierte Bewertungen von Personenkraftwagen und Nutzfahrzeugen durch, um den Wert und Zustand objektiv festzustellen, und erstelle entsprechende Wertgutachten.
- ■Branchenexpertise und Kommunikation: Nutze deine Branchenkenntnisse, um komplexe Themen klar und verständlich zu erklären, und baue als Netzwerker*in wichtige persönliche Verbindungen auf, indem du auf Augenhöhe mit Kunden und Kollegen kommunizierst.
- ■Reparaturkostenkalkulationen: Erstelle präzise Kostenvoranschläge für Reparaturen und ergänze diese bei Bedarf um Nachträge sowie fundierte Stellungnahmen zur Unterstützung der Kundenentscheidungen.
- ■Neukundengewinnung und Qualitätssicherung: Engagiere dich aktiv in der Akquise neuer Kunden sowie durch die Teilnahme an Vertriebsveranstaltungen und gewährleiste die Einhaltung hoher Standards in allen Servicebereichen zur Qualitätssicherung.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Ausbildung als Techniker*in Fahrzeugtechnik, KFZ-Techniker*in oder Kraftfahrzeugmeister*in
- ■Wünschenswert: Praktische Erfahrungen in der Bewertung von Kraftfahrzeugen von mindestens 3 Jahren, optional auch ein bereits vorhandener Kundenstamm
- ■Erfahrung mit branchenführender Kalkulationssoftware für Fahrzeugbewertungen, Schadenskalkulation und Gutachtenerstellung
- ■Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen klar & empathisch zu vermitteln, gestützt auf ein fundiertes Wissen in der Automobilbranche
- ■Inhaber*in eines gültigen Führerscheins der Klasse B; zusätzliche Klassen (A, C, CE) verstärken dein Profil
