Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Fest integriert in unser Team wirkst Du daran mit, dass wir die Welt sicherer machen: Du bist verantwortlich für die Auftragsanlage von Kundenaufträgen inkl. Auftrags- und standardisierte Vertragsprüfung und Risikobewertung.
- ■Du sorgst dafür, dass die Leistungszeiten unserer operativen Mitarbeitenden genau verbucht werden und sicherst hierdurch die richtige Auftragsabrechnung und Rechnungserstellung.
- ■Du bewahrst unseren Erfolg durch regelmäßiges Auftragscontrolling und professionelles Nachtragsmanagement.
- ■Durch deine lösungsorientierte Art klärst du Reklamationen und unterstützt unser zentrales Forderungsmanagement bei der Bereinigung von fälligen Forderungen.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in der kaufmännischen Auftragsbearbeitung/ Vertragsprüfung/ Risikobewertung gepaart mit Interesse und gutem Verständnis für technische Zusammenhänge
- ■Berufserfahrung im Bereich Auftragskontrolling, Reklamationsmanagement wünschenswert, sowie Berührungspunkte zu Qualitätsmanagementanweisungen im Rahmen der Auftragsanlage und -nachbereitung sowie grundlegende Kenntnis über die aktuellen Kunden- und Marktanforderungen von Vorteil
- ■Du bist kunden- und dienstleistungsorientiert, besitzt eine profesionelle Kommunikationsstärke im Kundenkontakt und legst hohen Wert auf gute Serviceorientierung
- ■Gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office, SAP/HANA wünschenswert), verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und grundlegende Englischkenntnisse
