Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Kundenbetreuer*in koordinierst, organisierst und betreust du Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen für zugeordnete Teilnehmer*innen und Kunden, um echte Perspektiven zu schaffen.
- ■Du bist fit in digitalen Systemen und legst Datensätze an.
- ■Du betreust die verwaltungstechnischen Anliegen zugeordneter Kunden der Arbeitsagenturen bzw. Jobcenter und anderer Bedarfsträger*innen.
- ■Du berätst Interessent*innen und Teilnehmer*innen zu Bildungsmaßnahmen
- ■Du gewährleistest eine qualitäts- und anforderungsgerechte Dokumentation und verwaltest Unterrichtsmaterialien sowie andere erforderliche Unterlagen.
- ■Empfangstätigkeiten einschließlich Telefondienst und Postbearbeitung runden deine Tätigkeiten ab.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office und anderen digitalen Systemen (Sharepoint, Teams, …)
- ■Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- ■Freundliches, selbstbewusstes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Beratungskompetenz sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
- ■Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
