Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Kundenbetreuer*in koordinierst, organisierst und betreust du Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen für zugeordnete Teilnehmer*innen und Kunden, um echte Perspektiven zu schaffen.
- ■Du betreust die verwaltungstechnischen Anliegen zugeordneter Kunden der Arbeitsagenturen bzw. Jobcenter und anderer Bedarfsträger*innen.
- ■Du gewährleistest eine qualitäts- und anforderungsgerechte Dokumentation und verwaltest Unterrichtsmaterialien sowie andere erforderliche Unterlagen.
- ■Du planst und organisierst sich anbahnende Bildungsmaßnahmen in Abstimmung mit dem/der Bildungsplaner*in, denn das Wir ist dir wichtig.
- ■Du bist zuständig für die planerische Sicherstellung und Überwachung während der Umsetzung von Aus- und Weiterbildungen.
- ■Empfangstätigkeiten einschließlich Telefondienst und Postbearbeitung runden deine Tätigkeiten ab.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung / Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Berufserfahrung im Bereich geförderter Bildungsmaßnahmen sowie arbeitsmarktpolitischer Strukturen und (Förder-) Instrumente
- ■Kenntnisse des regionalen Arbeitsmarktes und über Berufsbilder sowie Wirtschafts- und Arbeitswelt
- ■Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und eigenverantwortliches Handeln
- ■Freundliches, selbstbewusstes Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Beratungskompetenz sowie Dienstleistungsorientierung
- ■MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
