Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Kursleiter*in unterrichtest du deine Schüler*innen durch den Einsatz geeigneter Lehrmethoden und stellst dadurch die Umsetzung des Ausbildungskonzeptes sicher.
- ■Du vermittelst zielgruppenorientiert Fertigkeiten und Kenntnisse im Bereich der Pflege (Fachtheorie und -praxis) auf Grundlage moderner pädagogischer Methoden sowie Mediennutzung (interaktive Smartboards).
- ■Du pflegst den Kontakt zu unseren Kooperationseinrichtungen und repräsentierst dort unsere Pflegeschule.
- ■Du bist zuständig für die Koordination der Abschlussprüfungen.
- ■Die Praxisbegleitung der Auszubildenden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Praxisanleiter*innen gehört ebenfalls in deinen Aufgabenbereich.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
Wenn du die folgenden fachlichen Voraussetzungen mitbringst, freuen wir uns sehr dich kennenzulernen!
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium im sozialen, pflegerischen oder pädagogischen Bereich und eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem Pflegeberuf, Qualifikation Pflegepädagogik.
- ■Du suchst eine Arbeitgeberin, die nicht nur an deinen Fachkenntnissen interessiert ist, sondern vor allem an dir als Mensch?
