Wir suchen einen dynamischen und zukunftsorientierten Local Business Field Manager (m/w/d), der in dem spannenden Bereich unserer Prüfdienstleistungen durchstarten möchte. In dieser Position bieten wir Ihnen nicht nur die Chance, das aufstrebende Geschäftsfeld der Elektro- und Gebäudetechnik mitzugestalten, sondern auch aktiv an dessen Weiterentwicklung und Expansion mitzuarbeiten.
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Local Business Field Manager (LFM) (w/m/d) verstärken Sie unser dynamisches Team und arbeiten eng mit anderen LFMs zusammen, um übergreifende Kundenaufträge effizient und kompetent abzuwickeln. Zusammen mit Ihrem Führungsteam sind Sie maßgeblich am gemeinsamen Gestalten und Vorantreiben des Geschäftsfeldes beteiligt.
- ■Disziplinarische Führung der Geschäftsfeldleiter sowie der Teamleitung-Disposition.
- ■Impulse setzen für vertriebliche Maßnahmen in Kooperation mit unserem Vertriebsleiter, um Marktanteile zu sichern und kontinuierlich auszubauen.
- ■Proaktive Mitgestaltung des Geschäftsfeldes inklusive Strategieentwicklung und Performance-Steigerung, mit voller P&L-Verantwortung.
- ■Implementierung von Innovationen und neuen Technologien in die Prüfdienstleistungen.
- ■Förderung der Kundenzufriedenheit durch exzellente Servicequalität und zuverlässige Projektergebnisse.
- ■Ihr Einsatzgebiet erstreckt sich über ganz Süddeutschland und im Norden bis Mainz /Frankfurt, wo idealerweise Ihr Wohnort liegt.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Überzeugende Expertise im Umfeld technischer Prüfdienstleistungen
- ■Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
- ■Ein hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Geschäftssinn
- ■Ein Talent für Organisation und Koordination komplexer Abläufe
- ■Hervorragende kommunikative Fähigkeiten und eine starke Vertriebsorientierung
