  • Die Stelle ‘Manager Digital Strategy Corporate M&C - Media‘ ist im Bereich ‘Corporate Digital M&C’ angesiedelt und wird disziplinarisch durch den ‚Head of Corporate Digital M&C’ geführt.
  • Der Manager Digital Strategy Corporate M&C - Media ist für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Überwachung der globalen Paid Media Strategie verantwortlich.
  • Entwicklung von Strategien im Bereich Paid Media, vorrangig für die Kanäle Search Engine Advertising (SEA), Display Advertising sowie Social Media Advertising (SMA) um kontinuierlichen Traffic auf den Unternehmensplattformen sicherzustellen.
  • Verantwortung, Ausarbeitung und Umsetzung einer Touchpoint übergreifenden und kundenorientierten Mediastrategie (paid und owned) in Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern.
  • Leitung der Paid-Media-Programme und Entwicklung einer Roadmap auf Basis von Budget- und Wachstums-Vorgaben.
  • Analyse und Bewertung der Media Aktivitäten zur Sicherung der Performance gemäß den Business Anforderungen und Zielen.
  • Media Budget-Planung und -Controlling.
  • Monitoring & wöchentliche Reportings der Kampagnen- & Kanal-Performance.
  • Definition relevanter Zielgruppen und deren Segmentierung, der passenden Medienkanäle sowie Festlegung von KPIs zur Erreichung des gesetzten Kommunikationsziels.
  • Beratung der Kolleg*innen in Bezug auf Umsetzung von Aktivitäten im Sinne der Mediastrategie.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch (C1 Advanced)
  • Hohes Maß an Kreativität, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Selbstständige, lösungs- und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Pro-aktiv, kommunikativ und teamorientiert sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Engagement
  • Sehr gute Fähigkeit, Risiken und Chancen einzuschätzen
  • 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem verwandten Bereich
  • Leitung von Projektteams und Agenturen
  • Erfahrung im agilen Projektmanagement mit interkulturellen Projektteams
