Aufgaben
- ■Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Online-Kampagnen auf Search, Display & Social Media und sorgst für messbaren Erfolg.
- ■Automatisierte Mailings & Newsletter sind deine Werkzeuge, um Zielgruppen persönlich und zielgenau zu erreichen.
- ■Du optimierst Conversion Rates und setzt SEO-Tools bestmöglich bei der Onpage und Offpage-Optimierung ein.
- ■Als Content Experte gestaltest du Key Messages und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Inhalte perfekt bei den richtigen Zielgruppen ankommen.
- ■Du erstellst und optimierst diversen Content und Landingpages, wobei auch KI einsetzt, um Reichweite und Sichtbarkeit gezielt zu steigern.
- ■Mit datenbasierten KPI-Reportings untermauerst Du Deine Optimierungsansätze.
- ■Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit internen Teams und externen Agenturen, immer auf Augenhöhe und zielgerichtet.
- ■Die Stelle ist zunächst auf 12 Monate befristet aufgrund einer Elternzeitvertretung.
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Marketingstudium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung im SEO / Content-Marketing, idealerweise in Agentur oder Unternehmen
- ■Tiefgehende Expertise in Performance Marketing, Webanalytics, Social Media Marketing
- ■Ein Auge für Details und das große Ganze: Du verstehst die technischen und inhaltlichen Kniffe für Top-Rankings
- ■Du denkst analytisch, arbeitest datenfokussiert und hast Lust, immer besser zu werden
- ■Kreativität & Eigenverantwortung sind für dich keine Floskeln, sondern dein tägliches Handwerkszeug
