Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In deiner neuen Rolle als Medienentwickler*in (w/m/d) berätst Du Kolleg:innen, Fachexpert:innen und Kund:innen zu digitalen Lernlösungen.
- ■Du entwickelst allein und im Team innovative, digitale Lernprodukte und Blended Learning Konzepte für die TÜV Rheinland Akademie.
- ■Bei der visuellen Ausgestaltung der digitalen Lernprodukte unterstützt Du das Team.
- ■Außerdem bist Du aktiv in die Produktion eingebunden und koordinierst im Projektteam die mediale Umsetzung vom Konzept bis zur Qualitätssicherung und Auslieferung.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Erziehungs- oder Bildungswissenschaften (Erwachsenenbildung, berufliche Bildung etc.) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
- ■Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Beratung von digitalen Lernlösungen gesammelt.
- ■Du bringst ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung digitaler Lernreisen mit.
- ■Zu deinen Stärken gehört das kreative Schreiben von Texten, Dialogen und Stories.
- ■Außerdem hast du erste Erfahrungen in der visuellen Gestaltung gesammelt und kannst mit gängigen grafischen Anwendungen wie Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator und Adobe XD arbeiten. Erfahrungen mit Autorentools wie Articulate 360 sind wünschenswert.
- ■Du bringst Begeisterung und Affinität für das Thema Lernen und berufliche Weiterbildung im TIC-Bereich mit.
- ■Die Fähigkeit zum selbstständigen Arbeiten und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe stellen für dich keine Herausforderungen dar.
