Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■In Ihrer Position als Vertriebsmitarbeiter*in sind Sie primär für die proaktive Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden sowie für die Pflege und den Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen verantwortlich.
- ■Sie unterstützen bei der Sichtung eingehender Leads für die Zuordnung zu Field Sales oder Inside Sales (Koordinationsaufgabe).
- ■Sie erstellen Angebote für die Inside Sales-definierten Dienstleistungen auf Basis von Preislisten, Systempreisen, etc. und fassen diese bei Bedarf eigenständig nach.
- ■Im Rahmen ihrer Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung sowie ihrer Akquise Tätigkeiten im zugewiesenen Gebiet arbeiten Sie eng mit den operativen Einheiten sowie den Inside und Field Sales Team KollegInnen zusammen.
- ■Die Dokumentation aller Aktivitäten in geeigneten Tools rundet Ihr Profil ab.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst oder vertriebsnaher Position, idealerweise im Bereich der technischen Dienstleistungen in einer vertrieblichen oder vertriebsnahen Position
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse der Organisationsstruktur, der Kunden- und Marktanforderungen, der Dienstleistungen und Kennzahlen im eigenen Bereich
- ■Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift und die Fähigkeit, auf verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen zu kommunizieren
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen (Outlook, Word und Excel), Kenntnisse in SAP und Salesforce sind erfoderlich
- ■Fließend in Deutsch; zusätzliche Sprachen, insbesondere Englisch sind wünschenswert
