Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Produktmanager*im im Bereich Lichtmanagen Sie die Leistungsprozesse zur Prüfung und Zertifizierung von Produkten zusammen mit unseren Kunden und den Laboren.
- ■Als Expert*in auf dem Gebiet der Lichttechnik betreuen Sie die Kunden vollumfänglich. Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb bei technischen Fragestellungen und Kalkulationen. Dabei werden Sie in den technischen Details durch das Labor unterstützt.
- ■Eine fachlich effiziente Projektvorbereitung und die anschließende Koordination und Ihre Unterstützung bei Prüfungen, Inspektionen und der Zertifizierung gehören zu ihren weiteren Aufgaben.
- ■Aspekte wie Qualität, Liefertreue und die Kundenzufriedenheit haben Sie stets im Blick.
- ■Als kompetente*r Expert*in für Produktprüfung und Zertifizierung aktualisieren Sie Ihr Serviceportfolio zu IT/AV und Laborgeräten gemäß den Regulierungen, Normen und Markterfordernissen der Kunden. Ein Fokus liegt hierbei auf den Normenserie IEC/EN/UL/CSA 60598, 61347, 62560, 62384, 62031, 62,24, 62717, 50171, 61439.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen mit Schwerpunkt Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit guten elektrotechnischen Kenntnissen
- ■Berufserfahrung im Bereich Licht, im Hinblick auf Prüfung, Inspektion und Zertifizierung und der anzuwendenden Richtlinien und Normen
- ■Gute Englischkenntnisse (B2.2) und verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- ■Reisebereitschaft (ca. 20-40%)
- ■Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office, Excel und Power Point, sowie diverse Standard-Softwareanwendungen setzen wir voraus
