Job Descripation
- ■協助開發潛在客戶
- ■處理客戶訂單的詢問及報告彙整及審查
- ■內部流程處理，專案立項和開票
- ■協助工程師/經理的調度和管理日常工作,訂單處理和專案處理
- ■每週/每月向業務線經理彙報
- ■日常文件的整理提交和管理
- ■Assist in developing potential clients
- ■Answer customer's general inquiries
- ■Internal process communication including order and invoicing
- ■Assist in Engineer's/Manager's scheduling and handling administrative task, the order processing and project handling
- ■Submit monthly/weekly reports to business field Managers
- ■Document filing and maintenance
Job Requirements
- ■大學專科以上學歷，有理工工程(相關)經驗尤佳。
- ■2-3年以上工作經驗尤佳
- ■積極的工作態度，積極思考的個性和良好的團隊合作精神。
- ■良好的文件處理能力,熟悉辦公軟體工具,PPT/WORD/EXCEL等。
- ■良好的跨部門、跨公司和跨國家的業務協調能力。
- ■能夠獨立工作
- ■優秀的英文書面/口語能力
- ■College degree or above in Foreign Language or Mechanical (related) Engineering field
- ■At least 1 year working experience
- ■Active and open personality, good communication skills, team work oriented
- ■Good typing skill and familiar with office tools
- ■Capable of working independently
