Project Management Assistant
Job Description
- ■Assists the project management with administrative and organizational tasks e.g. organizing meetings and the procurement of working materials and licenses.
- ■Supports with the planning of costs and the budget and resource controlling.
- ■Acts as the first point of contact for project staff members, takes on requests and questions, filters and passes them on to the project manager, if necessary.
- ■Selects modes of communication within a project and the structure of the document storage system and archives the communication.
- ■Communicates the project management’s decisions to the project staff members.
- ■Tracks whether instructions by project management are implemented in alignment with budget and time allocations.
- ■Reports staff activities and projects’ progress to the project management.
- ■Other duties as assigned.
Experience & Further Qualifications
- ■Good knowledge in English (B1 Intermediate).
- ■At least 1-3 years of professional experience in related area.
