Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Projektmanager*in Planning / Design / Construction steuern Sie im Sinne der Bauherrenfunktion die Bau-, Instandhaltungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen für die konzerneigenen- und angemieteten Immobilien (Eigentums- und Anmietstandorte in rund 60 Ländern) im Rahmen der strategischen Konzernvorgaben.
- ■Sie verantworten den Projekterfolg hinsichtlich Kosten, Termine, Qualität und Standards und wirken hierbei bei der konzeptionellen und gestalterischen Umsetzung von geplanten und sich verändernden Flächennutzungen mit.
- ■Als Schnittstellenmanager*in koordinieren und steuern Sie sowohl interne als auch externe Projektbeteiligte, wie Architekt*innen, Fachingenieur*innen, Sachverständige und Dienstleister.
- ■In dieser Funktion verantworten Sie notwendige behördliche und nachbarschaftliche Abstimmungen sowie die laufende und abschließende Projektdokumentation, Mitwirkung bei Abnahmen und das Gewährleistungsmanagement.
- ■Außerdem unterstützen Sie bei der Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen, bringen Ihre Expertise in interne Abstimmungs- und Entscheidungsprozesse mit ein und wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Standards mit.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- ■Baurechtliche Kenntnisse inkl. HOAI und VOB werden vorausgesetzt
- ■Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt- und Bauplanung in den HOAI Leistungsphasen 1-9
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit branchenüblicher Software, wie z.B. MS-Office, AutoCAD, AVA, SAP und CAFM
- ■Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
- ■Flexibilität für teils regionale, teils nationale Reisetätigkeiten
