Job Description
Zur Verstärkung des Teams such wir einen Project Manager Akkreditierungs- und Qualitätsmanagement Geschäftsbereich Produkte (f/m/d). Hauptschwerpunkt der Tätigkeit ist die Leitung der Planung, Umsetzung, Überwachung und Steuerung von interdisziplinären und geschäftsübergreifenden globalen Projekten.
Aufgabenbeschreibung
- ■Verantwortlich für die Klärung von Projektzielen, Projektumfang und Projektstruktur in Absprache mit den Projektbeteiligten.
- ■Leitung und Koordinierung von Projekten inklusive Projektplanung, Identifizierung von internen und externen Ressourcenanforderungen, Einbindung von externen Lieferanten, Projektberichterstattung und Stakeholder-Management.
- ■Sicherstellung, dass detaillierte Projektpläne, einschließlich Arbeitspakete, Aktivitäten und Meilensteine, die für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung des Projekts erforderlich sind definiert sind.
- ■Verantwortung das Projektergebnisse den Anforderungen hinsichtlich Ziele, Zeitplan und Kosten entsprechen; inklusive der Kommunikation zu Stakeholder, um Anpassungen vorzunehmen.
Background:
- ■Hochschulabschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Projektmanagement oder anderer Fachrichtung mit Erfahrung in Projektmanagement
- ■Fließende Englischkenntnisse (Niveau C1)
- ■Hohe Eigeninitiative, ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, Pragmatismus und Dienstleistungsverständnis
- ■Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- ■Hohe Selbstständigkeit bei der Ausführung der übertragenen Aufgaben
- ■Erste Erfahrungen in einer Matrixorganisation sind von Vorteil
- ■Kenntnisse in der ISO/IEC 17000-Reihe sind von Vorteil
