Als Psycholog*in bist du dafür zuständig, unseren Teilnehmer*innen bei ihren Problemen und Fragen zu helfen, indem du sie berätst, motivierst und anleitest, ihren zukünftigen beruflichen Weg selbst zu gestalten. GenauDeins? Komm
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Genau.Richtig handeln: In deiner täglichen Arbeit begleitest du Menschen in Einzel- und Gruppenberatungen, um individuelle Lösungen zu finden und echte Veränderungen zu ermöglichen.
- ■Sinnhafte Perspektiven schaffen: Bei der Arbeit mit psychischen Einschränkungen und deren Auswirkungen entwickelst du konkrete Wege, um Menschen Orientierung und Hoffnung zu geben.
- ■Menschlich und professionell: Du unterstützt bei der Selbstreflexion, leitest Verhaltensübungen an und begleitest kontinuierliche persönliche Entwicklungen – immer mit dem Ziel, nachhaltige Verbesserungen zu erreichen.
- ■Vernetzt und kooperativ: In deiner Rolle kooperierst du eng mit Institutionen und Beratungsstellen, um gemeinsam die bestmögliche Unterstützung zu gewährleisten.
- ■Dokumentation mit Sorgfalt: Du trägst Verantwortung für eine präzise Dokumentation der Betreuung und wirkst aktiv an Ausschreibungen mit, um die Qualität unserer Arbeit weiter zu stärken.
Die Position ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet zu besetzen - mit der Option auf Entfristung.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Diplom bzw. Masterstudium der Fachrichtung Psychologie
- ■Umfassende Kenntnisse der klinischen Psychologie sowie Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen
- ■Affinität zu Organisation und Verwaltung
- ■Zwingend erforderlich ist die Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
