Du berätst Interessenten – von Kunden und Auftraggebern bis hin zu Agenturen, Jobcentern und anderen Bedarfsträgern – fachlich und organisatorisch zu unserem Dienstleistungsportfolio im Geschäftsfeld Arbeitsmarktdienstleistungen und übergibst nach der Erstberatung bei Bedarf an die Bildungsberater im Segment Digital Services.

In deiner Rolle gewinnst du aktiv Teilnehmer*innen, führst Nachfassaktionen durch und entwickelst bei Bestandskunden die Bildungskette weiter; bearbeitest alle Kundenanfragen der Niederlassung selbständig, überwachst Anmeldungen, leitest geeignete Maßnahmen ab und übergibst aktive Teilnehmer*innen prozesskonform an die zuständigen Kundenbetreuer.

Für die Förderabwicklung bearbeitest du Dokumente wie Bildungsgutscheine, erstellst Angebote und Vertragsunterlagen, erledigst den Schriftverkehr mit Interessenten und Auftraggebern und sorgst für vollständige Dokumentation, Nachweisführung und Datenpflege in ORBiS in enger Abstimmung mit dem Commercial Service.

Zudem wirkst du an Aktivitätenplan und Marketingmaßnahmen der Niederlassung mit, unterstützt die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Messen, Infoveranstaltungen und anderen Events zur Teilnehmergewinnung und repräsentierst unsere Trainingscenter/Niederlassung vor Ort.

Als Ansprechpartner*in für Business Development und Marketing achtest du auf die Aktualität der Internetpräsenz und Weiterbildungsdatenbanken und sicherst zugleich die Einhaltung definierter Prozesse in deinem Verantwortungsbereich, zu deren kontinuierlicher Optimierung du aktiv beiträgst.
Berufserfahrung
- ■Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder dienstleistungsorientierten Bereich
- ■Zwingend erforderlich ist die Vorlage eines erweiterten Führungszeugnisses
- ■Kenntnisse arbeitsmarktpolitischer Strukturen und (Förder-) Instrumente
- ■Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit gängigen Office Anwendungen (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich - weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- ■Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie selbständiges Arbeiten
