Aufgaben
- ■Als Qualitätsmanager*in verantworten Sie das operative Qualitäts- und Akkreditierungsgeschäft gemäß den aktuellen Bedürfnissen und vorgegebenen Standards, Prozessen und Aufgaben vor Ort und führen Qualitäts- und Akkreditierungsaufgaben durch.
- ■Zudem sind Sie für die Qualitätssicherung nach den rechtlich und betrieblich vorgegebenen Normen und Standards verantwortlich.
- ■Die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von interne Audits gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- ■Sie sind für die Implementierung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen, die Beseitigung der Ursachen von Nichtkonformitäten sowie die Überwachung und Implementierung der abgeleiteten Verbesserungsmaßnahmen zuständig.
- ■In Ihrer Rolle identifizieren Sie die QM- spezifischen Maßnahmen aus dem Beschwerde- und Fehlermanagement, Audits, Verbesserungsprojekten, der QS, dem Prozess- und Performance- Management, Qualitätskultur- Aktivitäten, Akkreditierungsaktivitäten etc. und überwachen die Einhaltung der Maßnahmen.
- ■Sie verfassen QM-Berichte, wirken bei der Managementbewertung mit und schulen sowie unterstützen die lokalen Teams und Abteilungen bzgl. Qualitäts- und Akkreditierungsthemen.
- ■Sie verantworten die Implementierung, Überwachung und Entwicklung von QM- und Akkreditierungs-KPIs.
- ■Sie sind zum Sperren von Prozessabläufen sowie Test- und Messausstattung gemäß definierter Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen berechtigt und fungieren als Ansprechpartner*in von Behörden und externen Organisationen (z.B. Akkreditierungsstellen).
Profil
- ■Abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise im technischen Bereich
- ■Ausbildung zum Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragten sowie zum/zur Auditor*in (ISO 9001) sowie fundierte Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise in einem Dienstleistungsunternehmen
- ■Fachkenntnisse der ISO Normen 9001 sowie gute Kenntnisse der ISO/IEC 17020, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17029 und ISO/IEC 17065
- ■Gute Methodenkenntnisse in der Prozessentwicklung und KVP
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit QM-Systemen sowie QM-Datenbank und in der Anwendung von MS Office
- ■Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Ideen zur Verbesserungen zu kreieren und umzusetzen
- ■Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung gepaart mit starkem Durchsetzungsvermögen
- ■Sehr gute Englisch- und Deutsch Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Reisebereitschaft
