Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Sie planen interne Audits, bereiten diese vor, führen diese durch und dokumentieren sie und wirken in Audits für externe Akkreditierungen und Zertifizierungen mit.
  • Bei der Beseitigung der Ursachen von Nichtkonformitäten unterstützen Sie und leiten geeignete Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen ab aus dem Beschwerde- und Fehlermanagement, Audits, Verbesserungsprojekten, QS, Prozess- und Performance-Management, Qualitätskultur-Aktivitäten, etc. und unterstützen in der Umsetzung der Verbesserungsmaßnahmen.
  • Sie unterstützen die Fachkolleg*innen in der Bearbeitung von Vorfällen wie z.B. Reklamationen oder IT Security Breaches, planen die Managementbewertungen (Management Reviews) und unterstützen in der Erstellung.
  • Außerdem schulen Sie die lokalen Teams und Abteilungen bzgl. Managementsystemthemen und unterstützen in der täglichen Umsetzung.
  • Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet zu Besetzen für die Dauer von 24 Monaten.

Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über nachgewiesene Berufserfahrungen im Aufbau, der Pflege und der Weiterentwicklung von Management Systemen, idealerweise im Bereich Qualitätsmanagement (ISO 9001, 170xx) oder HSE (14001, 45001, 50001) oder Informationssicherheit (27001 / TISAX)
  • Sie sind in der Lage, Schwachstellen in Prozessen oder Organisationsstrukturen zu identifizieren und Verbesserungen anzustoßen
  • Eine hohe Problemlösekompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Ideen für Verbesserungen zu kreieren und umzusetzen, runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Sie arbeiten teamorientierte und strukturiert und verfügen über gute Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Dienstreisen in Deutschland und bei Bedarf international sind für Sie eine willkommene Abwechslung
