Aufgaben

  • Im internationalen Tender Management-Team des Geschäftsbereichs Mobilität sind Sie als Generalist an der Schnittstelle zwischen Recht, Vertrieb und Operativer erster Ansprechpartner für alle geschäftsbezogenen und kommerziellen Rechtsangelegenheiten im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich gehört die eigenverantwortliche Prüfung von Verträgen in Rücksprache mit den Fachabteilungen und die Korrespondenz und Verhandlung mit Kunden und Partnern.
  • Sie erstellen, prüfen und bewerten Anfragen / Angebote und deren Verträge im Rahmen nationaler und internationaler Ausschreibungen.
  • Sie leisten rechtliche Beratung und Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbearbeitung von öffentlichen Vergabeverfahren und privaten Ausschreibungen, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf vertragliche, rechtliche und Compliance-relevante Aspekte.
  • Zudem unterstützen Sie bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse.

Profil

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit zweitem juristischem Staatsexamen wird vorausgesetzt
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in Wirtschaftsrecht, z.B. aus einer Kanzlei oder einem Unternehmen ist von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein fundiertes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Zur erfolgreichen Aufgabenbewältigung sind Lösungsorientierung, Pragmatismus und Entscheidungsfreude essenziell
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
