Aufgaben
- ■Als Regional Data Protection Officer für Deutschland agieren als "verlängerter Arm" des Corporate Data Protection Officer (w/m/d) und führen Datenschutzaufgaben vor Ort aus.
- ■Sie setzen globale Datenschutzstandards, -prozesse und -strategien in Ihrer zugewiesenen Region um und überwachen diese. Sie gewährleisten das Management von Datenschutzvorfällen und führen sowohl interne als auch externe Audits durch.
- ■In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit anderen Datenschutzbeauftragten zusammen und informieren den Konzern-Datenschutzbeauftragten.
- ■Sie entwickeln regionale Datenschutz-E-Learnings und fungieren bei Bedarf als Ansprechpartner für Aufsichtsbehörden in Ihrer Region.
Profil
- ■Hochschulabschluss in Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- ■Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld Umfangreiche Kenntnisse der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) und anderer relevanter Datenschutzbestimmungen
- ■Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Verantwortung
- ■Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, klar und präzise zu berichten
- ■Erwartet werden fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
- ■Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Region
