Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Sachbearbeiter*in (w/m/d) im Vertriebsinnendienst erstellen Sie Angebote und Revisionen nach Vorgabe, Auftragsanlage sowie Auftragspflege in SAP.
- ■Sie verantworten die Erstellung von akkreditierungskonformen Kalkulationen (Aufwandskalkulationen) und Preiskalkulationen.
- ■In Ihren Verantwortungsbereich fällt die Ermittlung und Pflege der Kundendaten in den relevanten Datenbanken.
- ■Darüber hinaus unterstützen Sie die Vertriebsmitarbeiter*innen bei administrativen Vertriebsaufgaben.
- ■Die aktive Betreuung der Kunden-Hotline rundet Ihr Aufgabenprofil ab.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische - oder dienstleistungsorientierte Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen/ technischen Bereich oder im Vertrieb
- ■Hohe Sorgfalt in der Bearbeitung der zu verantworteten Aufgabenstellungen sowie kundenorientiertes und analytisches Denken
- ■Gute SAP und MS-Office Kenntnisse
- ■Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
