Unsere Kund*innen sind namhafte Marktteilnehmer aus den Segmenten PKW, NFZ, Busse, Motorräder und Fahrzeugteile und unsere Leidenschaft ist die kompetente Betreuung und Beratung dieser und die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen rund um das Automobil.
Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als Salesmanager*in (w/m/d) im Automobilbereich tragen Sie die Vertriebs- und Umsatzverantwortung für den Vertrieb sämtlicher Automotive-Prüfdienstleistungen von TÜV Rheinland in Ihrer Region
- ■Sie gewinnen eigenverantwortlich Neukunden und bauen das Bestandskundengeschäft aus.
- ■Ihren Markt haben Sie im Blick, überprüfen regelmäßig die Marktbearbeitung und passen die vertrieblichen Maßnahmen an die Erfordernisse Ihrer Region an.
- ■Sie haben Freude am Vertrieb, der Neukundengewinnung und lieben es Netzwerke aufzubauen.
- ■Gemeinsam im Team treiben Sie vertriebliche Themen voran und verfügen über eine hohe Kunden- und Abschlussorientierung.
- ■In Zusammenarbeit mit der Vertriebsleitung erstellen Sie Ihre regionale Vertriebsplanung, Zielkundenlisten und Verkaufskonzepte.
Vertriebsgebiet: NRW (Paderborn und Umgebung) und der Norden von Hessen (bis Fulda)
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Mind. 3-jährige Vertriebserfahrung, vornehmlich im Dienstleistungsverkauf
- ■Idealerweise relevante Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen aus dem Automobilbereich (z. B. Autohaus, Werkstatt, Schaden- und Wertgutachten, amtliche Fahrzeuguntersuchung, Leasinggesellschaften, Finanzierungsbanken, Versicherungsunternehmen)
- ■Sehr gute vertriebliche Fähigkeiten von Bedarfsermittlung bis Abschlussorientierung sowie gute betriebswirtschaftliche Grundkenntnisse
- ■Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowie Kundenorientierung, Serviceorientierung und ausgeprägte Akquisefähigkeiten
- ■Erfahrung in der Anwendung von CRM-Programmen (z.B. Salesforce)
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
