Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Organisatorische Aufgaben: Zentrumsübergreifende Eingabe von Probandenlisten, Bearbeiten und Weiterleiten telefonischer und schriftlicher Anfragen, ggf. auch Scannen medizinischer Dokumente sowie allgemeine administrative Unterstützung.
- ■Bestellwesen und Logistik: Verantwortung für das komplette Bestellwesen sowie Organisation und Wartungsbeauftragung medizinischer Geräte.
- ■Unterstützung in IT-Themen: Einrichten und Verwalten von IT-Zugängen (z. B. MFA), Ticketstellung und Kommunikation bei defekten Geräten.
- ■Koordination von Materialien und Geräten: Verwaltung der Poolfahrzeuge, Planung medizinischer Geräte (z. B. Sehtester, mobile Drucker), Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gerätedatenbankmanager sowie Koordination der Impfstoffausgabe und Pflege der Übersichten.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem medizinischen Beruf erforderlich (z. B. Medizinische Fachangestellte (MFA), Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege oder vergleichbar)
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln und IT-Systemen sowie die Fähigkeit, administrative Prozesse digital zu organisieren und zu dokumentieren
- ■Hohe Flexibilität und Führerschein der Klasse B (Bei Bedarf Einsatz an mehreren unserer Standorte in Berlin und Potsdam)
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
