Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie betreiben, warten und setzen die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA) und bauliche Anlagen im Rahmen der normativen Instandhaltung instand.
- ■Sie planen und führen Inspektionen sowie Prüfungen nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben und Richtlinien durch.
- ■Sie sind verantwortlich für den sicheren Betrieb der elektrotechnischen Anlagen.
- ■Sie koordinieren und überwachen externe Dienstleister und Handwerker.
- ■Sie erstellen und pflegen Wartungs- und Inspektionspläne.
- ■Sie führen Energiemanagementmaßnahmen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz durch.
- ■Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Gesundheitsvorschriften sicher.
- ■Sie planen und kontrollieren das Budget für die betreuten Liegenschaften.
- ■Sie dokumentieren Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten.
- ■Sie schulen und weisen das technische und administrative Personal in elektrotechnische Sicherheitsvorschriften ein.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektrotechnikmeister*in, Staatlich geprüfte*r Techniker*in Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ■Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management, idealerweise in einer ähnlichen Funktion
- ■Zusatzqualifikation zur verantwortlichen Elektro-Fachkraft (VEFK) nach DIN VDE 1000-10
- ■Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Vorschriften im Bereich Elektrotechnik (DGUV Vorschrift 3, DIN VDE 0100, etc.)
- ■Erfahrung in der Koordination und Überwachung von externen Dienstleistern
- ■Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- ■Hohe Problemlösungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz
- ■Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- ■Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und mit Facility-Management-Software
- ■Bereitschaft zu gelegentlicher Reisetätigkeit
