Job Descriptions:
Develop and organize curriculum outlines, courseware, and examinations related to automation technology. Conduct teaching sessions, organize practice and assessments for students, and be responsible for the outcomes.
组织开发自动化技术相关的课程大纲、课件、试题。面向学员进行授课、组织练习及考核，并对效果负责
Develop teaching syllabi and handouts, collect case materials related to the course to enrich the teaching content and achieve educational objectives.
编制教学大纲、讲义，收集和课程相关的资料案例，丰富教学内容，达成教学目标
Understand the current learning status and expectations of students, and continually improve teaching content based on student feedback.
了解学员的学习现状和期望，并根据学员反馈不断完善教学内容
Communicate with the German expert team and continuously optimize the teaching plan based on the German dual system of apprenticeship.
与德国专家团队进行沟通，基于德国双元制，持续优化教学计划
Maintain technical acuity, actively acquire the latest technology and information on new energy vehicles and integrate it into teaching.
保持技术敏锐度，积极获取新能源汽车最新技术与资料，并将其融入教学
Proactively complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor of Science degree in Automation or Mechanical Engineering
自动化或机电一体化学士学位
Over 5 years of work experience in equipment installation, commissioning, and maintenance for manufacturing enterprises (capable of performing installation, maintenance, and commissioning of equipment power facilities, automated devices and components, drive mechanisms, and smart manufacturing production lines).
5年以上生产制造企业设备安装调试维修工作经验（能开展设备动力设施、自动化设备及组件、驱动结构、智能制造产线的安装维修调试）
Has strong curriculum development abilities and communication skills, capable of independently conducting classes.
具备较强的课程开发能力与表达能力，能独立授课
Possesses logical thinking and quick learning abilities, an open mindset, and is fluent in English for communication, reading, and teaching. Capable of cross-cultural exchange and teamwork to achieve project objectives.
具备逻辑思维与快速学习能力，心态开放，能流利使用英文交流、阅读与教学，能进行跨文化交流与团队协作，完成项目目标
Candidates with vocational college teaching experience will be given priority.
有职业院校教学经验者优先
Candidates with at least two years of experience in mentoring automation training or possessing course development capabilities will be given priority.
有两年或以上自动化培训带徒经验或有课程开发能力者优先
Proficient in Office software with excellent writing skills.
熟练掌握office办公软件，写作能力佳
