Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Du erfasst unseren Recruitingbedarf und arbeitest eng mit dem Business Development zusammen, um genau die richtigen Honorarkräfte für unsere Veranstaltungen mittels direkter Ansprache zu gewinnen.
- ■In deiner Rolle rekrutierst Du erfahrene Honorarkräfte, führst Verhandlungen mit unseren Trainer*innen und dokumentierst die Ergebnisse sorgfältig.
- ■Zusätzlich bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Anliegen und Aufgaben im Bereich Trainermanagement und kümmerst dich mit einem ausgeprägten Servicegedanken um die kundenorientierte Betreuung der Shared Mailbox.
- ■Du führst Risikoprüfungen zur Vermeidung von Scheinselbstständigkeit durch, legst Stammdaten im System an und hältst diese stets aktuell.
- ■Du unterstützt aktiv bei spannenden Projekten im Bereich Trainermanagement und bringst deine Ideen ein.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position werden vorausgesetzt
- ■Kommunikationsstark und überzeugend: Die ideale Kandidatin/der ideale Kandidat zeichnet sich durch ein offenes, professionelles Auftreten und eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit aus
- ■Strukturiert und zuverlässig: Strukturiert Arbeitsweise und Freude an administrativen Aufgaben
- ■Engagierte Persönlichkeit: Hohe Motivation, aktive Einbringung und ein gutes Auge für Details
- ■Professionelle Handhabung von Tools und Systemen: Guter Umgang mit gängigen Tools und digitalen Systemen wie z.B. Office365 wird vorausgesetzt
