Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Als erfahrene/* Facharzt/-ärztin für Arbeitsmedizin obliegt dir die fachliche Leitung weiterer arbeitsmedizinischer Expert*innen.
- ■Du arbeitest gemeinsam mit der Niederlassungsleitung/Regionalleitung konzeptionell und strategisch an der Entwicklung der Region Thüringen und gestaltest ein zukunftsfähiges Morgen.
- ■Du entfaltest deine Expertise auf allen klassischen Handlungsfeldern der Arbeitsmedizin und bist für die arbeitsmedizinische Betreuung von namhaften Unternehmen verantwortlich.
- ■Du berätst zur Beurteilung der Arbeitsbedingungen, zur Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitsabläufen oder zu Fragen des Arbeitsplatzwechsels.
- ■Du führst arbeitsmedizinische Vorsorge zur Beurteilung der individuellen Wechselwirkungen von Arbeit und physischer sowie psychischer Gesundheit, aber auch Eignungsuntersuchungen durch.
- ■Du belehrst, berätst und schulst zu arbeitsmedizinischen Aspekten, mit dem Ziel arbeitsbedingte Erkrankungen zu verhindern.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Facharzt/-ärztin für Arbeitsmedizin oder Betriebsmediziner/-in (w/m/d)
- ■Erfahrung im betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement und der Gesundheitsprävention
- ■Erste Erfahrungen in fachlicher Leitung sind von Vorteil
- ■Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke sowie Kundenorientierung
- ■Keine Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
- ■Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- ■Führerschein der Klasse B, auf Wunsch Nutzung eines Dienstfahrzeuges auch zur privaten Nutzung
