Tätigkeiten & Verantwortlichkeiten
- ■Sie fungieren als Ansprechpartner*in für alle Anfragen von Fahrschulen und Fahrschulbewerbern.
- ■Zudem bearbeiten Sie Fahrerlaubnis-Anträge.
- ■Sie sind für die Pflege der Prüfungslisten sowie die Vorbereitung der Prüfungsprogramme zuständig.
- ■Tourenplanung und administrative Tätigkeiten gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- ■Letztendlich kassieren Sie Prüfungsgebühren.
Erfahrung & weitere Qualifikationen
- ■Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung wie Kaufmann bzw. Kauffrau für Büromanagement oder Bürokaufmann/-frau (w/m/d)
- ■Berufserfahrung über 3 - 5 Jahre in der Verwaltung sowie Erfahrung in der Fahrerlaubnis wünschenswert
- ■Erfahrung in der Abwicklung von Zahlungsvorgängen an der Kasse
- ■Gute PC-Kenntnisse, speziell im Bereich MS Office
- ■Freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitenden
- ■Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
